Stream International Nordic AB provides technical customer support in the Nordic area. Our customers are high technology companies that have chosen to outsource part of their enterprise. Stream International helps both private- and business customers with technical support. As a Technical Support Professional you will be the link between Stream and our customers and become specialized on a certain product or a group of products. Your main tasks will be to log all questions from the customer, solve their problem, bring all new knowledge back to the team and together with your colleagues work towards certain stated goals.
