Description
The Crosby Group is strengthening the IT department with a data administrator/analyst. You have a good knowledge of handling data in office 365 and ERP environment. Good understanding how to put together and update data ready for the business to do deep dive analysis within Supply Chain in a manufacturing company. In this role you will work closely with Supply Chain and SAP organisation.

Roles and responsibility 
With your hands-on-mentality you:

- Translate business requirements to a data set used for various analysis.
- Advice and support when new requirement are raised by the business.
- Work closely with our Supply Chain and SAP Team to build a reliable data set.
- Optimize data to deliver a result for the business to analyse with good performance.
- Update data sets on a daily basis.
- Create and update the requested documentation.
- Perform error analysis to find inaccuracies
- Develop and enhance existing data sets.
- Execute a set of SAP queries

Working Skills:
- Deep knowledge in excel and access and good understanding how databases is working.
- Experience in developing and gather data in order to deliver a good data set to the business.
- Common knowledge how data is stored and structured within SAP.
- Analytic skills to find errors in the data set
- Experience of delivering solutions for data sets to supply chain team is an advantage
- Understanding and experience of BI solutions is desirable.

Your profile:
- Experience from similar tasks from a manufacturing business
- You have knowledge on how data is structured in a SAP ECC 6 system.
- Understanding of which data and how to structure it in order to bring a data set to our supply chain team.
- With your good communication skills in English, you can bring a message clear and on point.
- You are available to travel to Heist-Op-Den-Berg in Belgium and to the plants in Sweden (Gothenburg, Växjö, Gunnebo)
- You are based in Sweden Gothenburg or Växjö
- Being open-minded and flexible.
- You are a true team player.
- You work structured and have good analytical skills.

The work can sometimes involve several parallel assignments, of which good organizational ability and a sense of right prioritization is desirable.
