Data Engineer Analytics

We now have a great opportunity for a Data Engineer to join our Data Services Sweden team in Stockholm. I am Mathias Olofsson and I am head of Data Services team for Sweden CPS Analytics and pricing in Telia Company.

A lot is happing within our unit, we are on a big journey to implement a new hybrid cloud target architecture as well as a new operating model with more business focus and DevOps ways of working. At Telia Company, you will have a key role in our Data Services team and help us to create true business value through data and analytics and make Telia Company a more data driven organization. To succeed, we need to shorten time to insight and build even more reliable analytical data products. This is where we need your help.
Our team consists of Agile leads, data engineers, data analysts and architects located in Sweden, India and the Baltics, working together in cross-functional agile teams. You would primarily develop analytical solutions towards the Swedish business to improve Telia Company products and services.

Your Experience:
• Overall, 6-9 years of relevant work experience
• Taking part of implementing one or more Enterprise Datawarehouse using AWS cloud
• Hand-on experience using Glue, Step functions, python and redshift.
• Good Understanding of Data modeling techniques
• Strong SQL skills and PL-SQL/T-SQL
• Experience with CI/CD process
• Exposure to SDLF and other data analytics framework like Deeq etc. in AWS
• Good to have- Scala, Spark, Spark streaming and NO SQL Databases e.g. DynamoDB, Hbase
• Hands on serverless architecture
• Experience of working in Agile set up
• Degree in Computer Science or similar field
• Fluent in English
