This advertise is posted on behalf of Red Dingo GmbH by the German-Swedish Chamber of Commerce.Red Dingo is a fast growing international company.We are manufacturer and provider of accessories for the Pet Industry.We are expanding our business to Sweden and are looking for a Data Entry / Customer Service Operator who can work from home.Your main responsibilities are data entry and customer care.You therefore should have professional typing skill at a high accuracy.Please go to the following website and test your skills: www.typera.tk.They should be above average.Your excellent phone manner will keep our good customer relationship on top level.Ability to answer calls during business hours is a must.Your mother tongue needs to be Swedish and you need English as a second language.You will need to provide your own computer with Windows XP Professional or Window Vista Business operating system.Microsoft Office with at least Outlook, Excel and Word and a high speed ADSL or DSL internet connection is required.Your good organizational skills will be a plus.Sales experience would be an advantage too.Payment will be on a piece rate, time spent on the phone and further tasks on an hourly rate.You will report to our European Office in Switzerland.
