Are you interested in being part of the Data Enablement Office? Ericsson's Data Enablement Office (DEO) has developed a data strategy that will empower data users across the company. The data strategy envisions:   
 
•                        Democratize data and break down silos to enable seamless access to a broad data set
•                        Create clear accountability for data and ensure focus on business-relevant use cases
•                        Improve data quality to foster trust and reliability
 
This vision will be achieved through a data operating model that encompasses processes, roles & responsibilities, technology, tools and ways of working to help translate the data strategy into value creation.  
 
A critical priority for Ericsson is to ensure that high-quality data is available to run our business and meet our customers' needs. The Ericsson Data Office was established to define a central data strategy and support core data used across Ericsson needed to run our business. The Data Enablement Office will work with the Business, Market Areas and Group Functions to deliver an effective operating model to ensure sound management of our data. To drive this change, we are looking for a highly motivated and determined Data Quality Expert who will be responsible for monitoring data quality, identifying data quality issues, building remediation plans, implementing data controls and other actions oriented towards improving data quality across Ericsson. The purpose of the role will be to identify, drive, support and facilitate efficient & effective change & performance improvements - from business needs to business results, delivering customer, strategic and/or financial impact. Ensure definition and deployment of business-relevant key measurements. Pro-actively analyze and propose improvements to processes, operations and organizations. The improvements may be run in different ways: major initiatives, projects/programs/line activities driving operational & functional improvements or enabling day-to-day/continuous improvements 
In this role, you will be reporting directly to the Head of the Data Enablement Office.
 
Responsibilities
Governance:
Develop and maintain data quality framework, metrics and standards at company level (e.g., data quality tools, controls and processes)
Assist in creating data policies and procedures related to data quality
Coordinate and manage all data quality related projects across Ericsson
Monitor and report the data quality at company level across domains, particularly for CDEs to the Data Council via DEO Lead
Act as the second escalation point for data quality issues (after Data Domain Managers) 
Report and escalate maturity level breeches of the realizations of data quality tools, processes and metrics to the DEO Lead before it is escalated to the Data Council  
Report and escalate poor data quality to the DEO Lead

 
Data quality tools:
Define the common data quality tool requirements
Create Ericsson-wide aggregated data quality visualization together with IT  
Update the Ericsson wide aggregated data quality visualization to close/address gaps/issues

 
Data quality support:
Define and help deliver on (company-wide) data quality initiatives
Support Data Stewards in defining key quality indicators (KQIs) and targets for each indicator for each data domain
Support the Data Stewards in data quality measurement and assessment
Support in data quality issue root cause analysis and assist in designing action plans for remediating gaps 
Track remediation efforts and manage resources
Support in the creation of local data quality dashboards monitoring and visualization 

 
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in IT, with industry knowledge
University degree/ MBA in Business or Engineering/ ICT
Very strong data quality experience
Experience in performance management metrics
Strong skills in data analysis
Familiarity with data quality issues and processes
Strong interpersonal and communication/persuasion skills
Strong project management leadership 
Strong leadership experience in an enterprise or cross-functional role

 
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with agile ways of working

 
The position will be located in Stockholm (Kista), Sweden.
