Database Administrator to Rebtel

Rebtel has around 7.500.000 users worldwide and several percentages of some of the largest calling corridors. Founded in 2006 and backed up by some of the largest venture capital investors Rebtel now intends to expand. Rebtel has its HQ in Nacka Strand, Stockholm and employs around 40 individuals. As Rebtel is expanding and our system is constantly up and running, we now need to strengthen the company with an experiences DBA. The Job Our database solution is up and running 24/7 and is growing rapidly. You will be responsible for operating it and you will also put requirements on the development team when it comes to deployment of database changes. In addition to that you will be responsible for evaluating alterative database environments. You will also take part in developing and operating our DW environment. " Your Profile To be able to fit this role you need to have several years experience of operating MS-SQL Server. Preferably you have worked with redundant solutions. You need to be a creative person with a sense of structure. Further you have excellent communication skills as you will have daily contact with many different parts of the organization. The specifikations; * At least five years experience as a DBA * Very good knowledge of MS SQL Server * Experience from running transaction intense systems Even though we are a Swedish based company we work in an international environment. Our customers are spread out over the world and many of our employees have an international background. Therefore you need excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. If you know Swedish it is a great bonus.
