Considering the market’s positive reactions and tremendous increase in sales, it seems like CAKE is onto something big.
About the role
The role will involve driving our product, the Ösa, and delivering food for a premium and leading food&beverage company in Stockholm (“the partner”). What sets this service apart from the current delivery landscape is that it is climate smart in the sense that the bike is electric and the high level of quality in the delivery. Both that the food will be delivered at the right temperature / form as well as the service that the customer receives. In addition to driving the vehicle, you will promote CAKE, the restaurant chain and be an ambassador for climate smart delivery solutions. Moreover, both CAKE and the partner are keen to understand improvement areas - both from CAKE as a product perspective, as well as a process perspective, and the interplay between a delivery company and a restaurant. This means that you as a candidate need to be process oriented and analytical. The possibility to sell CAKE products while performing food deliveries also exists.
A successful job can generate possibilities to get a fixed term contract with CAKE and be a continued part of our growth journey. This could be in other areas, depending on the degree that you are pursuing.
About you
You will be the face for both CAKE and the partner, so we are looking for a person who is energetic, super service minded, driven, and comfortable in a high paced and quickly changing environment, as well as having solid customer facing experience. You will be a part of a team but spend most of your time on your own, hence, we see that you are proactive, organized and responsible regarding your tasks.
This will be a project employment and therefore we see that you might combine this with university studies, e.g. 3-4 days a week. The working hours would be approximately 12-21.
Qualifications
Primary work tasks and areas of responsibility:
- Ensure efficient quality delivery of food (for the partner on a CAKE product)
- Promote CAKE and the partner
- Be an ambassador for both CAKE and the partner
- Inform customers of this collaboration
- Inform customers about the CAKE and the partner product offering and thereby potentially sell our products
- Give feedback to CAKE about improvements on the product
- Give feedback to the steering committee of the collaboration between the partner and CAKE. An example could be how to improve the interface between delivery companies and restaurants.
You have experience in:
- Customer facing work places
- You are pursuing an academic degree
Background/skills:
- Minimum 20 years old
- B or AM drivers license is a must
- Fluent Swedish and English
You need to be open to working weekends and late hours (up to 22:00)
