Right now, we are looking for a skilled Delivery Manager for one of our most important customers within the Telecom area in Karlskrona.

Job description:
In the role as Delivery Manager you will provide a single point of accountability for the delivery of all services and solutions to the client. The services are delivered as part of an outsourcing agreement with several global delivery centres. In this role you will also monitor delivery of services to the client and ensure that service level agreements are met. You will provide leadership and build team spirit for all employees who support the client in deliv-ery of services and solutions and proactively look for service improvements as well as understand all service offerings. Furthermore you will be responsible for ordering and approving services from service centres or projects as ready for production and stand up for delivery of client specific services that reside in the account. The Delivery Manager also promotes service delivery best practice and alignment with standards through strong leadership.

General responsibilities:
Attract, retain and motivate staff through active participation and involvement, providing real responsibility and empowerment and recognising achievements.
Manage an on site team together with an off shore team to ensure timely and accurate cus-tomer delivery and operational excellence.
Participate in development, planning and execution of the delivery plans and the service deliv-ery strategy.
Propose, manage and oversee service improvement projects.
Secure development scope and budget for delivery projects and secure tight follow up.
Be accountable for delivery-specific service issues and for prioritizing, planning and coordinating service requests.
Participate in governance committees at tactical and strategic levels.
Primary contact for customer inquiries and concerns.

Competencies required:
A University degree is required and/or extensive documented experience from complex telecom deliveries combined with extensive leadership experience.
You will work in a multinational team of consultants. Swedish and English are our daily languages, and good communication skills are required.
