Delivery Manager

Are you a passionate Delivery Manager, Product Owner or Program Manager with leadership skills and great knowledge in Agile Software Development? Do you want to be part of an innovative team?

 You will be accountable for the release content and time plan as well as the overall responsibility for releases and manages their acceptance, information spreading and demo to the organization. You will be ultimately responsible for backlog and capacity planning and co-ordination between the Product Owners. You will report to the Head of Product Management and functions as a Team Lead for the Product Steering Board.

You will play a critical communications role by interacting with user community and stakeholders. You serve as liaison between the customer and internal development teams, coordinating work and making final development decisions.

You are responsible for organizing the complete delivery of the product, it’s market communication material and internal training sessions. The job includes requirement and prioritization input gathering, EPIC definition, setting the quality levels and accepting the delivery work. You are stakeholder for the demo, where functions, business values and implementations are demonstrated to stakeholders and will be responsible to communicate the roadmap ahead.

You will be based in Gamla Stan, Stockholm. Occasional travel may be required since we do business globally.

We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of applicable experience and good technical knowledge in software development. You have a university degree in Engineering or equivalent. You need to have excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and listening skills and of course be fluent in English, reading and writing.

You find it easy to establish credibility with others very quickly. You are comfortable with change, able to fail fast, learn quickly, and be able to adapt to new challenges. You are also a confident and effective decision-maker who actively works to maintain options by deferring decisions to the last responsible moment.
