Demand Coordinator

The Demand & Supply Chain Organization is responsible for coordinating the supply of goods from factories and suppliers to sales companies and distributors. All communication between sales companies/distributors and factories/suppliers, with regards to forecasts, orders, delivery information etc, is routed via this department.

As Demand Coordinator you play a key role in the interface between our factories and sales companies/distributors. We are at an interesting stage of development and we want someone who will participate proactively in this work.

Areas of responsibility
- Customer contact with our sales companies and distributors
- Analyzing forecasts to ensure that factories/suppliers are provided with the correct information
- Order handling, monitoring deliveries and providing delivery information
- Educate customers in the forecast and order process
- Handle customer claims and goods returns
- Support our work with continuous improvements

Qualifications
We require someone who has international experience in this area and/or has a university degree in logistics or economics. Fluent English, both spoken and written is required.

You should be analytical, structured and thorough. Your work will include creating long-term relationships and co-operation with international customers and colleagues within Husqvarna Group.
