Ejendals in Leksand has been supplying a large section of Swedish industry with protective gloves and protective footwear since 1949. Our business is continuously expanding and we are currently searching for a Demand Manager Pay Roll.

Human resources at Ejendals are transferring from a reactive administrative function into a proactive and business oriented HR department. By working closely with the core business the aim for the HR department is to contribute to a profitably growing Ejendals. A part of this change is to outsource our pay roll administration. In this way, we get an expert partner who can support us in our growth trajectory and standardize our processes. We also have several employees abroad that make our pay roll process demanding. As Demand Manager you act as a client towards the external partner. You set the requirements and continuously monitor the service level agreement (SLA) and are responsible for developing the process to optimally contribute to our profitable growth. Furthermore you take the role as Business Partner within the field of Compensation and Benefits.

To be successful you need to be experienced in demanding standards with an ability to transform the needs of the organization to service level agreements. Knowledge and experience as project manager is preferred in this role. You have several years of experience working with payroll, probably as Pay Roll Manager. Experience within Compensation and Benefits can compensate. We also like to see that you have a post gymnasium education within the fields of economy and/or human resources. Since we are an international company you also need advanced skills in the Swedish and English language in speech and writing.

Significant for you is that you take responsibility for your work assignments with an ability to work independently. Your performance is important to you and it gives you satisfaction when achieving your goals. You plan, organize and prioritize your work effectively and act proactively. It´s important to us that you work methodically and keep deadlines and has the skill to keep the right pace.

As Demand Manager you need to act with accuracy and be aware of targets and quality standards. This is why we want you to enjoy and have the ability to working with details. To analyze and break down problems into their components and solve complex problems comes naturally for you. Last but not least we want you to act with seniority and become a point of reference for others to follow. The Demand Manager Pay Roll reports to the HR Director.
