As Department Program Manager in Energy Controls you will get an unique opportunity to shape our Energy management department and lead the technology of future businesses by maximizing the potential of our vehicles within an expansive energy Eco System. You will lead a team of extremely competent and highly motivated co-workers, in a fast growing, forward-thinking and dynamic work environment.

What You’ll do
Your role will be crucial in ensuring efficient utilization and distribution of energy in meeting the challenges posed by a rapidly increasing fleet of electric cars around the globe where the vehicles will act as an integral part to support not only your home, but also the grid. 

Your primary responsibility as project leader will be to inspire, coach and foster innovation and lead our talented teams towards exciting new challenges ahead within the energy domain. You will lead, plan, and coordinate our development within a car program or specific energy domains. Your focus will be on securing software and hardware deliveries to obtain world class customer attributes with respect to high voltage charging and energy services.

As a Department Program Leader, you will also be the main interface to departments internal Engineering as well as other external areas such as Business, Commercial, Procurement and Suppliers.

Education and Skills
* Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics / Computer Engineering or Sciences with equivalent technical experience.
* Experienced in Product Development.
* Experienced in Software Development.
* Leadership qualities in getting the best out of people.
* Swedish B driver’s license.


Bonus if you bring up to date knowledge in Energy and/or E-mobility.
