Deputy Customer Fulfillment Manager - IKEA Group,

The IKEA Group faces an exciting and challenging future ahead in the transformation into becoming a multichannel retailer where customer fulfillment will be crucial to deliver our long term ambitions. As such we are now establishing the Customer Fulfillment function as a core area within the IKEA Group, encompassing all logistics functions.

We will now recruit a Deputy Group Customer Fulfillment Manager, who will report to the Customer Fulfillment Manager - IKEA Group and who will play a significant part in developing and building up the customer fulfillment organization.

The successful candidate will have good knowledge and understanding of global distribution and logistics together with proven experience of working in a strategic leadership role within IKEA.

Assignment:

-You will, together with the Customer Fulfillment Manager strategically lead and develop this core area to ensure that the organisation contributes to the IKEA Group growth and expansion plans
-Take responsibility for the development, design and build up of the function, including recruiting the right team and resources
-According to the agreed assignment you will have specific responsibility for either Customer Fulfillment global operations or global development
-Secure quality, compliance and risk for the assigned area of responsibility
-Lead development initiatives to ensure that we are in the forefront of consumer and market trends and global retail logistic developments and innovations

You will have shown your ability to work in a highly innovative and commercial way, and will lead the development of this thinking into IKEA?s logistic set-up, leading innovation and development whilst at the same time understanding the daily reality.
