Engineering Partner is a growing consultant company, with offices in Gothenburg, Trollhättan and Södertälje.

We provide both consultants on site, and deliver complete assignments within product development together with Swedish and international partners. Through targeted efforts within component and system development, EP has become a prominent and established partner to our customers.

We focus on having satisfied employees, they are the heart and soul of our organization and we are currently looking for a Designer Colour & Material for our customer within the automotive industry of vehicles in Gothenburg.

Role and Work description:
Create and deliver complete design proposals according to design brief and project constraints
in assigned programs. Produce creative detailed design solutions fulfilling complex technical criteria.
Develop concepts which are translated into practical solutions in cooperation with external
suppliers. Prepare presentation material for reviews. Participate in design reviews.
Attend to project and engineering meetings. Represent C & M in project related forums
Work with and guide modelling teams

Requirements:
University degree within related areas whit Minimum 5 years? experience in
automotive/transportation Design. Deep knowledge within Colour & Material areas
Understanding of complete car development process.Skilled in Photoshop, Illustrator and
Indesign with ability to visualize to communicate ideas effectively in 2D and 3D.
Experience in Alias is an advantage. Structured, methodical and analytical with good planning skills.
Strong drive, independent and confident as well as a good team worker. Communicative with good
presentation skills. To be service-minded and helpful, to be able to work independently but find joy
in discussing with your peers and have excellent communication skills
