Development and Operations Manager to Mobilaris

Join the world of Mobilaris. Since 1999, digital decision-support systems from Mobilaris have made mines, authorities and industries around the world safer and more productive. We are now expanding heavily and 2020 is going to be a big year with new launches and even more international customers. During this year, we are recruiting at least 30 new colleagues to our Mobilaris team.

We´re hiring a Development and Operations Manager

About the role
As Development and Operations Manager at Mobilaris National Security you must have a big passion for people and enabling personal growth for everyone. You understand that leadership is something that is earned – not taken. You will guide the people around you towards the next step in their career and own development.

You are a leader with experience from building local and international development and deployment organizations. You have a good technical understanding and experience within SW development. Since you are a people´s person, you have the skill to get hold of the right people with the right skills at the right time.

Important for the role:
- Leadership skills
- Solid experience of guiding very experienced development teams and highly skilled team members
- Business minded
- Experience and confidence in dialogue with major international customers
- Good understanding of mobile networks, extra bonus for knowledge in big data
