Job description
Chronic R&D Monitors are now looking for new employees to strengthen the team working on Gambro’s future monitor. The department R&D Monitors is responsible for developing new dialysis monitors to make Gambro’s current portfolio stronger. R&D Monitors is currently expanding and we are now looking for a development engineer. We offer a stimulating and changing work environment with challenging tasks within the medical device industry.

Job description
•Requirement analysis and system design
•Architectural design of control systems
•Detailed design and implementation of SW control functions for the hydraulic subsystem
•Rapid prototyping of flow systems and control functions
•Test specifications
•Test and verification
•Documentation (system/subsystem SW design descriptions etc.)

Qualifications
•M.Sc. in Engineering Physics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent with a Control Engineering profile
•Good knowledge of control engineering, in particular discrete time control systems.
•Knowledge of real-time programming and measurement systems
•Some experience from graphical programming environments like e.g. MatrixX/SystemBuild, Matlab/SimuLink, or Labview.
•Fluent in English, both orally and in writing
•3-5 years of experience (preferred, but not mandatory)

•Some knowledge of applied electronics, fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, chemistry, statistics,
•Modelling and simulation of dynamic systems
