Are you looking for a broad role working with development of cutting edge technology?You will get a deep understanding of how to develop and idea from a new package format to a technical solution in our converting factory.

As part of Development & Engineering, the D&E Packaging Material organisation is responsible to develop, maintain and implement world class packaging material and converting solutions, enabling Tetra Pak to deliver competitive packaging solutions.Within the Creasing key competence area in Material Treatment we are now looking for a Development Engineer to join our team.

The Creasing group is focusing on development of new creasing solutions and product maintenance of the installed base of creasing equipment in our converting factories all over the world.We are doing this by understanding the needs of our factories and platform organisations and delivering on their needs with a focus on Robust Design.

In the position you will:
-Act as an extended team member in product development projects
-Drive solution development and implementations in continuous improvement activities
-Drive and develop technical know how activities
-Act as Factory support for the installed base

Kvalifikationer

In order to be successful you will need to have a strong analytical mindset with a clear ability to structure your task.You have a clear communication style and understand the importance of sharing information.As a part of a team you are open to your team members' ideas and seek the cooperation of others.

For this position we are looking for a candidate with 0-5 years of working experience, preferably within manufacturing industry.You have an educational background with a Masters degree within Mechanical, Physics or Chemical Engineering.You have good knowledge of applied statistics.Experience from Six Sigma is meriting.
