Your work assignments

As a Development Engineer you will be responsible for investigation and reporting of post market surveillance feedback within the mechanical or electrical field. Your work will include the entire process from identification of possible improvements and then to plan, design, verify and to document the changes. All documentation will be done according to Design Controls. In this role, you will also own, coordinate, perform and follow up relevant Engineering Change Orders related to improvements of existing products (ECO).

This position offers interaction with several internal and external parties and gives you the possibility to work with advanced problem solving. You will be part of the R&D department and your knowledge and experience will be needed for product development and continued improvements of existing products.

Your background

To be the systematic and analytical development engineer we are looking for, we believe that you have problem solving skills and an education in mechanical or electronics engineering. You have work experience from your engineering field and it is beneficial if you have worked with post market surveillance feedback. We believe you have at least 2 years of experience working in this field, as well as experience of working in projects. A great advantage is if you have knowledge/experience of ISO 13 485, QSReg and Design Control. It is important that you communicate fluently in English, both orally and in writing.

On a personal level, you are a problem solver who is innovative and takes initiative to find solutions through new ways of working. It is important to listen to customers’ needs and to efficiently coordinate with colleagues and customers. You strive to deliver results. We place great emphasis on personal qualities for this role.
