Development Engineer - Turbo and Gas Exchange Performance

Arbetsbeskrivning

Join Scania's engine development team and help us meet our high sustainability goals! As an important part of Scania's world-leading role, we're constantly pushing the boundaries of efficient, low-emission engines. Our latest innovation, Scania Super, is the most efficient driveline for heavy vehicles in the world - and we're just getting started.

Your passion

If you're passionate about thermodynamics, engines, and turbocharging, we want you on our team. We're seeking individuals with a broad range of skills to take on a diverse range of tasks, from forward-looking pre-development to series development projects, to improvements on already launched products. Our group works with both straight engines and V8s, with both diesel and gas engines, and we cover everything from design and construction to testing and evaluation.

Your Role

As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to increase your knowledge in the turbocharging technology area and help us increase the performance and lifespan of our products. You'll work alongside like-minded individuals who share your interest in engine development and who are committed to making a positive impact on the environment.

We're looking for someone who can communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, and who can help us strengthen and improve our team. If you have expertise in one or more of the following areas - material technology, strength, rotor dynamics, construction, testing, and data analysis - we want to hear from you!

Scania offer

Looking for an exciting and fulfilling job that offers plenty of room for creativity and personal growth? Look no further than Scania! Our corporate culture is founded on openness, diversity, and respect for the individual, and we invest heavily in our employees' training and development.
