What you will do?
As Digital Marketing Accounting Manager Nordics you will be part of a committed team of two within the Digital Marketing team. You will have a coordinating role in the digital team, mainly focused on being the linking pin between key accounts customers via AkzoNobel’s key account management and AkzoNobel’s marketing. You will be responsible for optimizing the brand value of the amounts invested in bonusses, and marketing contributions to key account customers, and responsibility to activate, together with our key account customer’s category managers and operations functions, the agreed activities connected to these bonusses and marketing contributions. Your main tasks are:
• Coordinating web shops, apps and campaigns in the digital team according to priorities and strategies set by the digital manager
• Co-create the digital support framework AkzoNobel will offer to key customers - the digital part of the customer decision journey, and the connection to our customer’s digital network
• Co-create the marketing plan of the account plan for our pre-selected prime key account customers
• Propose, agree and activate the activities that will be financed with the marketing support contributions paid to these per-selected prime Key Accounts

This is a permanent employment, starting as soon as possible. You will be placed at our site just outside Malmö. You will report to Digital Marketing Manager Nordics.

Who you are?
To succeed as a Digital Accounting Marketing Manager Nordics you enjoy commercial interaction. You have both knowledge and experience in defining and activating support plans for customer’s digital activities. You can see the challenge and fun to pro-actively interact with our customer’s operations departments to activate them using our marketing contributions in the best possible way for our brands. You can react fast and take direct actions when needed. You should be able to quickly navigate between high-level planning activities and hands-on tasks. You are flexible and open-minded to new ideas and have an ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment without losing track on priorities. You are a passionate, open-minded team player and self-going “doer” with speed and engagement, with a high level of drive and energy, that enjoy working in a high pace environment.

You have a University degree within digital marketing and have experience in digital marketing and commercial. You are fluent in a Nordic language, professional level in both English and Swedish.
