Digital Marketing Producer

Do you enjoy the fast pace of content production for social media? Do you also enjoy giving creative teams the support they need in terms of workflow structure and process?


That’s what you will do here at Toca Boca. You’ll be part of a digital content production team whose job is to showcase the Toca Life franchise in various social media channels, app stores and partner collaborations. Together with the creative director, social media manager, graphic designers and animator you will strive to continuously give Toca Life fans new and fun content, whilst also reaching new audiences.
This is a 12 months position, part time, as our current Producer Sarah helps out with other tasks at Toca Boca. Check out our Instagram and YouTube channels to get more of a taste of the content you’ll be in charge of.
Here’s a taster of some of the things that you’ll be doing:
You will work with our social media manager and creative director to plan out content priorities for the Toca Life franchise
You will help coordinate the production of social and campaign assets for Toca Life brand partnerships (see the new HM X Toca Life summer campaign as an example!)
You will manage app store requests for promo content for Toca Life: World
You will facilitate our Toca Life marketing team stand-ups and assign and track progress of tasks
You will work with other Toca Life producers to keep up to date on app releases for Toca Life: World and update marketing schedules

Are you happy being in the detail of a piece of content due soon, as well as having your eye on what’s coming in future months? Do you get a buzz from helping a team stay organised and helping them resolve any tasker blockers?
Then this position might be a good fit.
You have experience working with a creative team as a producer or production manager, producing content for social media. You are also used to collaborating with external partners and brands.
Good to know:
This position is a one year fixed term contract, part time, and based in our Stockholm office. We have a collective agreement (kollektivavtal) giving you all the things you "should have" and more. The company language is English.
