You will be responsible for creating and optimizing a world leading sales organization and sales process in all our markets to support Klarna?s business objectives. You'll be driving the strategic direction of our reporting & analytics and be responsible for various projects from analysis to implementation in order to optimize Klarna's future sales organization.

Simplify, optimize and implement routines & processes that maximize Klarna profit and minimize related costs.

We're looking for you with minimum 10 years international experience from the payment industry working with business intelligence and sales optimization from an analytic perspective. You have a university degree in business administration; additional studies in the IT field are considered a plus.
