Role description
As the Director Engagement, Inclusion and Diversity, you will contribute to the Volvo Group HR strategy. You support Volvo Group's business through excellent work with Engagement, Inclusiveness and Diversity initiatives.
You will report to Robert van der Ven, SVP Talent management, and have close collaboration with him, different stakeholders within the TD/BA’s as well as Volvo Group Management. You will create innovative interventions to increase the overall organizational readiness and ensure HR initiatives have optimal results in the business.


Role description and key responsibilities:
As Director Engagement, Inclusion and Diversity, you will have a key role in the new Talent Management organization. You will:
·        Design and deliver the new Volvo Group Pulse engagement survey.
·        Design, implement and maintain team based pulse solutions.
·        Implement onboarding and exiting interview support tools.
·        Define the inclusion and diversity strategy for the group.
·        Facilitate cross TD/BA global initiatives for inclusion and diversity, for example challenging the numbers of female leaders within the group at all levels.
·        Working closely with VGU and HRS, to streamline and optimize these initiatives.


Who are you?
You are a team player with great communication and networking skills and your can-do attitude gets the work done. You have strong analytical skills and an interest to build a deeper knowledge about our services to the TD/BA’s.
You have extensive experience in HR, working in a global context. Experience from business areas and from working in different countries will be a merit for this position.
Qualifications
·        Minimum 10 years of documented experience from working in Engagement, Talent and or Inclusion and Diversity related areas, or HR in an international environment
·        Relevant project management experience
·        Fluent in written and spoken English
·        Academic degree master level
