Facility & Real Estate Management (FREM) is a global function at Tetra Pak, responsible for ensuring the quality of our facility management services worldwide, for optimizing our real estate footprint and for providing safe, inspirational and efficient workplaces that reflect the Tetra Pak brand. 
This position will report to the Vice President FREM.
In the role of Director Finance & Business Transformation you will have the responsibility for all Business Control activities, Planning, Reporting, Governance related aspects in FREM and support the VP FREM in all Business Partner and Change Agent related tasks. You will coordinate the functional strategy development and the annual planning cycle for FREM. You will also develop and continuously improve the business control framework and continue to support the transformation and leverage on the global outsourced FREM platform to realize the benefits.
What you will do
Business control               
Drive the annual planning process for the function incl. co-ordination of the budget and performance management
Supervise, coordinate and deliver financial analysis, business dashboards and presentations 
Ensure financial performance and improvement actions
Drive FREM investment project portfolio management, business case, approval and follow-up process for benefit realization

Financial reporting           
Secure compliance with IFRS16 lease reporting for real estate and company cars

Business partner               
Provide finance and commercial lead for outsourced integrated facility management (IFM)
Support transformation of FREM function
Facilitate FREM management meetings
Drive functional strategy development (BRM) and corporate follow-up presentations
Facilitate FREM management meetings

People management       
Lead a high performing and engaged team

This position will preferably be located in Lund, but you will work in a global arena.
Who you are
The right person has excellent stakeholder management, project management, change management and Financial Performance Management skills and experience. You are an expert in analysis tools and you have extensive process knowledge. To be successful you have a minimum of 10 years of Business Control and Business Partner experience and hold a Master in Business Administration, Management, Finance or equivalent. Excellent command of English, both written and oral.
