About us
Dirty Vegan is a plant-based restaurant in Södermalm, operating 7 nights a week, serving vegan junk food and tasty cocktails in a casual-club-style environment, and we host a dedicated gang of trendy vegans and non-vegans. We are looking for a highly skilled, enthusiastic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team of high-energy, unique and passionate individuals.

Who are you?
You have at least 3 years experience in a management and leadership role in the restaurant, bar and service industry
You are passionate about customer-facing roles and you are a real people person
You are motivated by financials and targets and have experience working with business administration
You are a inspiring and hands-on leader
You are looking for a long term role that you can sink your teeth into
You thrive in a night time, bar-centric environment


Dirty Vegan is an English-speaking workplace so a high-level of English is required for the role.

Like in any restaurant, this role includes weekend hours and we are governed by peak and seasonal trade.
