Distribution Planner

In the Distribution Planner role we offer you responsibility of the replenishment for our global warehouses. The role includes three key elements - tasks to ascertain an optimal setup of replenish and planning parameters, timely release of replenish orders and effective communication of supply. You will be expected to ensure an uninterrupted supply of finished goods and work to resolve issues while achieving and maintaining inventory, availability and delivery business metrics.

Essential Responsibilities:
. Provide visibility and communicate supply priorities and constraints to all stakeholders/regions
. Manage planning parameters and owning execution of replenishment into our distribution organizations to deliver fulfillment and inventory metrics
. Actively work to identify and drive activities together with the Operation Excellence team and colleagues for further proactive ways of working to improve process for the team and customers
. Have awareness of and actively work to ensure compliance with restrictions and regulations within the chain of distribution

Qualifications/Requirements
. Strong influencing and communication skills
. Bachelor's degree and APICS certification or equivalent with 3 years' experience in materials, production or planning and knowledge around MRP
. Excellent prioritization skills; demonstrated ability to perform in a high pressure environment
. Computer proficiency and well versed in usage of the Office Package and in particular MS Excel with ability to handle big data (analytically savvy)
. Fluent English both spoken and written
. EU work permit
