. Strategy development and support
. Stakeholder engagement and dialogue
. Risk management; including design, assessments and mitigation plans
. Responsible supply chain management
. Brand and communication strategy development and support
. Sustainability reporting design and support including materiality analysis
. Gap analysis in relation to international frameworks (e.g. GRI standards, Integrated Reporting, UN Global Compact, ISO 26000 and the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights)
. Compliance issues related to human rights, business ethics and anti-corruption
. Sustainability assurance
. Implementation design and support
. Implementation of Sustainability, EH&S and Operational Risk Management Software
Our services are organised in three business areas: Advisory services, Enact Labs, which is dedicated to outreach, engagement and training, and the Business and Human Rights Practice Group.
Role description
As a junior consultant, you will support Enact's project managers by coordinating and participating in sales and delivery of consultancy projects and trainings.

Your profile:
. You have a minimum of 2 years working experience
. You are self-driven and service-mined with a proven ability to develop your own initiatives
. You have an interest to develop within consulting or sales
. You have excellent writing and speaking skills in English and basic in Swedish
. You are a people-person enjoying interacting with clients and other stakeholders
We are looking for a highly autonomous and flexible person with a good eye for detail and a strong sense of quality. You are action oriented, enjoy working in high tempo and to get things done.
