Welcome to the Poland department!
DSV's transports between Sweden and Poland are handled at the department. The department consists of approximately 10 employees who work with planning and administrating transports between Sweden and Poland. Now we're looking for another driven coworker who speaks fluent Polish and English, to be part of our department working with exports to Poland.
The employment as Freight Forwarder consists of the following tasks:
• daily contact with hauliers, drivers, shipping companies and customers.
• traffic planning of outgoing units
• Notification to customers regarding loading and unloading
• booking of loading and unloading times as well as reporting in customer-specific systems
• daily control of trailer availability and that, in consultation with colleagues, ensure that the trailer flow is
   balanced
• some economic responsibility (for your own traffic)
For us, personality is important and for this particular position we are looking for a person who loves to do business, has a distinct service spirit and the ambition to put the customer in focus. In addition, you should be stress-resistant, be able to multitask and work in groups as well as independent work. It is an advantage, but not required if you have any type of experience from the transportation and logistics industry. If you also have experience of temperated transports, this is seen as a positive.
To manage the daily contact with our hauliers, customers and other departments and offices within DSV, you are required to be fluent in Polish and English in speech and writing.
