The Debt Collection Continental´s primarily goal is to find customer targeted solutions for the collection of receivables. As part of our continuous growth and success we are now looking for new employees to complement our driven and open-minded team in Stockholm.

Your mission is to drive our collection by answering customer questions over phone, e-mail and other communication channels. We expect you to find the best possible way for customers to pay their debts. Furthermore, you will have contact with authorities, lawyers and e-stores.

Success in this role means being a dedicated team member who inspires others through your work and personality. Your excellent service is a result of your will to always go the extra mile. We place great emphasis on teamwork and a pleasant working environment. For us your personality and your performance are more important than a higher education or work experience. At the beginning of your employment you will be given the training you need for your work at our debt collection department.

You are an efficient, independent person with a customer minded attitude who enjoys being part of a fast-paced organization where only change is constant. As you will talk a lot on the phone - you need to be fast and secure in making the right decisions and can?t be afraid to take own initiative. Also, you need to have strong communication skills and preferably knowledge in conflict handling. At Klarna we appreciate innovative people who actively contribute to the development of the department and company. Ideally you have already experience in customer support or debt collection. Speeking fluent Dutch and English is a prior requirement, additional language skills are a plus.
