WorkShop is now looking for an E-Chromebook Experience Manager in Stockholm. Do you have a background in digital marketing and want to work for one of the world’s most innovative tech companies? Just keep reading!

As an E-Chromebook Experience Manager your main goal is to influence the retailers in how Chromebooks can be presented better online. You will be responsible for online business, optimizing path to purchase and conversion, analyzing opportunities and implement visuals for campaigns. You will do a weekly analysis of online Chromebook performance, create monthly performance reports and do online audits. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager, the field team and the business analyst to make sure all departments are integrated.

Responsibilities:


• Provide actionable insights of the online business and opportunities for improvement
• Act as an advisory role towards the ROps & Marketing team
• Plan and execute quarterly plans with a focus on improving the positioning of Chromebooks online
• Stay updated on digital trends as well as digital competitor activity
• Creating an understanding of the optimal customer journey and gaining insights into customer behavior and forthcoming opportunities
• Develop strategies and new concepts to increase conversion rates
• Ensure a state-of-the-art Chromebook customer experience on the retailers websites

To succeed in this position, we believe that you who applies have proven experience in digital marketing and e-commerce. We believe you love the customer journey and likes to analyze customer behavior. You have the ability to influence others and you are curious with an analytic mindset. You are eager to improve and very results oriented as a person. 

We also believe that the right person for this role has:


• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing
• Relevant marketing educations or studies
• Expertise in e-commerce
• Data analysis skills (pivot tables, dashboards etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Not mandatory but a big plus if you have a passion in UI/UX
