The Global Business Strategy and Marketing department at Kanthal is a truly diverse and international team supporting our business in building new relationships with the target group and creating awareness about our offering in various industries. Working with marketing calls for always being one step ahead in understanding trends, competition, buying behaviour and customer satisfaction, and that’s why we’re now looking for an E-commerce manager to join us in challenging the status quo to strengthen the KANTHAL® brand.
Your Role
In this position, you’re responsible for managing and developing our e-commerce platform and grow online sales. You manage the e-commerce platform and ensure efficient lead generation, and you do this through both strategic and operational efforts related to our platforms and website architecture in terms of design, functionality, structure, and usability. Your core responsibilities in this role:
Develop the e-commerce platform by adding more parts from our product portfolio, more geographical regions in order to grow the digital sales
Tracking and analysing user trends and implementing new functionalities and design features to enhance user experience as well as to attract and retain customers.
Ensuring excellent return on our investments as our conversion of interactions on the website and e-commerce platforms gives us valuable insights.
Collaborate with different functions within the team and stakeholders such as global product managers, sales areas, IT, and external agencies, and manage various projects within your field, follow up and ensure delivery on targets.
Driving improvements and keep us innovative and in the frontline of online sales.
The location for this position is flexible between our Swedish site in Hallstahammar (Sweden) and any of our other sites in Sweden.
About You
We’re looking for someone with experience from e-commerce platforms and growing online sales through e-commerce, as well as knowledge of digital platforms, lead generation and lead conversion. With your sales skills you have the tenacity to thrive, innovate and propel exceptional growth. You have experience in sales process and order handling in ERP systems, CRM systems and marketing automation systems along with Google ads. Experience from chat tools or chatbots we consider as an extra bonus. We also believe you have a relevant university degree for the role, and as we are a global company, you need excellent communication skills in English.
