Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated E-commerce Resource Integration Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for integrating various e-commerce resources, such as inventory management systems, shipping carriers, and payment gateways, into our web-based application. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and configure the application to meet their requirements.
Responsibilities:
Integrate various e-commerce resources into our web-based application
Configure the application to meet clients' business needs
Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to e-commerce resource integration
Provide training and support to clients on the use of the application
Collaborate with the development team to enhance the application's functionality
Knowledge of the China market and experience in working with Alibaba and Taobao is highly preferred.

Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce resource integration or web development
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and technologies
Experience with inventory management systems, shipping carriers, and payment gateways
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of the China market and experience in working with Alibaba and Taobao is highly preferred.
