Your responsibilities
As a Team Leader, you have the overall responsibility for managing a Customer Service team of 5 people. You ensure that the highest level of customer care activities is delivered to ECCO Northern European customers within the regional sales organizations, as well as to B2B customers. In cooperation with the wholesale team, you develop and implement standard practices and processes within the Customer Service function and facilitate the sharing of best practices within the function. You will have a day-to-day responsibility of managing the performance of the team, maintaining employee motivation, developing competencies within the team and driving repeat business (incl. weekly campaigns). The position is based in Copenhagen and limited travel is expected.

The Team Leader Customer Service is reporting to the General Manager, responsible for one of the sub-structure within ECCOs European region.

Your profile
To enjoy this role, you need to be highly motivated and hungry for results. You have a strong integrity and a high ambition, still with a strong focus on collaboration. We believe you have a couple of years’ education and/or experience within retail and/or fashion industry with international exposure. Experience in leading a team is preferred. Masters English on a negotiating level (written and spoken) is essential, in addition to any of the Scandinavian languages.

As a person, you are used to problem solving and decision making, as well as guiding and managing others. You pay high attention to details, and you know what makes a good business. ECCO has great development opportunities if you want to pursue an international career.
