Editor and Head of Center

Arbetsbeskrivning

Are you interested in working in a dynamic and international environment? We are now looking for an Executive Editor and Head of ISDP’s Center for South Asian and Indo-Pacific Affairs. The position will combine the two functions, each on a 50 percent basis.
The Institute for Security and Development Policy is a Stockholm-based non-profit and non-partisan research and policy organization. ISDP is dedicated to fostering a greater understanding of international affairs, focusing on the inter-relationship between security, conflict, and development. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong capacity to develop the quality of the institute's publications and research work.
The tasks for the Head of the Centre for South Asian & Indo-Pacific Affairs are primarily fundraising, management of contracts within the Center, personnel responsibility, and follow up on the economic activities of each contract. The Head is moreover responsible for ensuring that the activities of the Center expands and is effectively communicated to relevant people
