Education & Learning partner at AstraZeneca

We are now looking for an Education & Learning partner for a longer assignment at AstraZeneca, Mölndal.

Task duties and responsibilities:
The department Education & Learning (E&L) is globally organised to support all technical, compliance, scientific and medical education and learning activities for customers in Global Medicines Development (GMD).The E&L Partner works with assigned customers at Leadership levels in GMD (within defined area of scope) to identify strategic needs, business priorities and translate business needs into learning objectives.

Responsibilities include:

. Act as a primary point of contact for area of scope within GMD
. Develop an overall training plan and when applicable an integrated training and communication plan to meet the capability build needs within assigned area of expertise
. Identify solutions including external sourcing of innovative approaches as well as develop internal learning programs.
. Lead delivery of high-quality solutions within area of scope according to required time, cost and quality. This includes both internally delivered and externally sourced solutions.
. Work with customers to support with compliance training and inspection readiness


Education:

. Bachelor's degree or higher
. Post Graduate Diploma in Learning and Development (L&D) or similar education


Experience and competence:

. 5 years of experience in Pharmaceutical industry or similar and/or Education & Learning (E&L) organization
. Has broad understanding of education and learning approaches and solutions
. Experience of design, development, delivery and evaluation of professional education programs in both classroom and electronic format
. Experience and ability of vendor management in delivering services for specific business needs

. Well developed strategic thinking and analytical abilities
. Ability to manage broad scope of activities simultaneously
. Challenge current methods and drive innovation
