EHS Engineer to the Medtech industry in Gothenburg

Job description
For a consultant assignment within the Medtech industry, we are now looking for an EHS Engineer to work with regulations, compliance and sustainability reporting at Randstad’s client.

Responsibilities
As an EHS engineer you, will support and maintain the EHS management system. Your key accountabilities are:
 
Support in maintaining the EHS management systems (and continuation of 14001:2015)
Support the development of EHS processes
Administration and reporting of EHS data
Work with chemical compliance and databases for chemicals
Management of EHS supporting IT-systems
Participate in internal audits 
Training of the organization within EHS

Support the development of the sustainability management system on global level

Qualifications
To fit the role as an EHS engineer you are in the beginning of your career and preferably, you have a few years of working experience within EHS.  
 
We believe you have: 
An academic background, preferably in engineering or natural science
Experience of EHS work within a manufacturing business or similar
Knowledge of regulations within EHS
Good understanding of EHS management systems (preferably 14001)
Experience of audits within EHS
Experience of risk analysis of chemicals and work environment
Excellent knowledge in English and Swedish both written and spoken
