Elgiganten Copenhagen seeks Finnish speaking IT advisors

Would you like to work with IT, support and customer service? Do you speak Finnish fluently and want to work in Copenhagen? Then you might just be the right candidate for Elgigantens Helpdesk!

As a Technical Advisor you will become part of Elgigantens helpdesk-team located in Ørestad, Copenhagen. Your tasks will consist of receiving incoming calls from Elgigantens Finnish customers, that have questions concerning their computer, TV, phone etc. You must provide technical support by phone and/or forward the inquiry to the manufacturer.

Elgiganten seeks candidates that:

- Have a general interest in IT
- Are stable and patient
- Have no difficulty speaking to different people and thrives in a team
- Are fluent in Finnish and preferably speak Swedish as well
