Our Engineering department is creating a strong foundation of skills for new technologies and innovations. We have a committed passion to create and deliver iconic and desirable global products suitable for volume production. We are now looking for an Engineer for Steering gear systems!

As an Engineer for Steering gear systems you will;

- Have the focus area Steering gear,
- Develop and verify on Vehicle level chassis related system/component requirements that meet the overall vehicle requirements,
- Support supplier assessments/reviews,
- Develop, calibrate and evaluate both vehicle and bench test data,
- Identify root-causes of identified issues during verification/validation and develop countermeasures/solutions as needed.

You will primarily work together internally with Project leaders, Lead engineers and technical specialists but also externally with system suppliers and engineering service providers.

We are looking for someone who has;

- Relevant engineering experience in the work area, minimum 5 years,
- University engineering education or equivalent experience, 
- Driver license B.

You master English and Swedish, both spoken and written.

To be successful in the role, you need to;

Be creative, solution-oriented and open minded, Have good communication skills, Have the ability to plan and prioritize, Have great technical knowledge.
