You will work in close collaboration with the sales force in order to develop customer relations which include, customer visits as well as leading technical projects together with customers and develop new applications and look for new business possibilities. Location Borlänge.

About the position
Technical Customer Support (Tech Support) is a key function within the sales organization that assists customers of SSAB with technical support and knowledge on our steel products. You will work in close collaboration with the sales force in order to develop customer relations which include, customer visits as well as participation in international trade shows, conferences and seminars. You will also lead technical projects together with customers, develop new applications and look for new business areas together with the sales organization. The position requires approximately 100 days of travel each year.

Your qualifications
You have completed a M.Sc. or B.Sc. program in Engineering, and have preferably experience of work that is directed towards Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science & Engineering or industrial production. Your English skills (written and oral) are excellent.
