Product Industrial Controlling is a part of our Industrial Cluster in the Digital Finance area, supporting the global markets and the controlling community with digitalizing and developing solutions for accurate and transparent financial analysis through SAP.
Our mission is to provide accurate and timely data in a digitalized way, to reduce manual work and increase quality in our financial analysis. As one of our new Engineering managers, you will guide one of our product teams focusing on SAP PS, FI/CO and CO-PA, CATS, and FIORI in both ECC and through our journey towards SAP S4/HANA. 

You will be based in our office in Gothenburg. 

What you’ll do:  
You will lead and develop a team of hardworking engineers through hiring, mentoring, continuously inspiring and providing feedback. You will ensure, through streamlined execution and experimentation, that our solutions meet the needs of our customers quickly and accurately. You will be the voice of engineering in the Product team through a friendly and effective collaboration with your product counterpart.  

Moreover, you will advocate and strengthen a modern, agile software development and help us develop and foster good engineering practices. You will ensure that the solutions are scalable, sustainable, architecturally sound, and that technical debt is both incurred consciously and repaid in a reasonable time. You will collaborate with other engineering leaders across the organization. 

Do you fit the profile? 
We believe that you have experience of working with:
• SAP ECC, and it is meritorious if you have worked with SAP S/4HANA. 
• You love to lead, develop, inspire and grow an engineering team, and have previous experience doing so. 
• You are very knowledgeable and passionate about modern software development that builds products our customers love. 
• You willing to work hands-on to try new technologies. 
• You are good at leveraging vendor capability for the team’s delivery. 
• You believe in continuous improvement. 
• Experience within the Financial area is a plus. 
• You are someone that fully embraces a growth mindset, and you have the ability to encourage others to do the same. 
• You are someone who likes to have fun at work and makes sure everyone always feels welcome and included!
