English Customer Manager -Substitute

Glorious Games is looking for a native English speaker to join our Customer Service team in a substitute role.

As Customer Manager for our English markets, you will be responsible for managing the communities of our two main products: Stardoll and Stardoll Stylista. You will manage the forum, answer questions from our members in English and in general communicate with our players in order to keep the community fun, engaging and safe.


Note:Please note that, to apply to this role, you have to be currently living in Stockholm (or nearby) and have a valid work permit.


Qualifications


Native English Speaker (mother-tongue)

Work experience from customer service and/or sales


Excellent understanding of the target audience and their online culture


We are looking for someone who is a good writer and has the ability to engage people with their written language. As a person you are service minded, meticulous, you can handle stress well and you are sales-oriented.
