The Role

This job is for the role of Customer Manager for the English customer markets and part-time office manager for Glorious Game's Stockholm office.

As Customer Manager for English, you will be in charge of customer service for theEnglish speaking markets for our products. As part of the Engagement and Retention team, you will be responsible for engagement activities such as special events, campaigns, contests, etc., while managing the English speaking community.

As Office Manager, you will help maintain the office environment, plan events, keep supplies and kitchen items stocked, handle post, and various other important tasks to keep the office running smoothly. You should behighly organized, friendly, and experienced.

We are motivated to hire a qualified candidate for this position as soon as possible and will only be accepting applications from individuals who are currently living in Sweden and legally allowed to work.

Responsibilities
Customer Support Manager

- As Customer Manager, you will manage the community (which includes social features such as forums, clubs, blogs, etc.).
- Update and manage our engagement activities and features for your market.
- Answer to customer queries and handle behaviorreports.
- Create campaigns and engagement opportunities that aid in customer retention in the English speaking markets.
- Make a positive impact on your markets by creating a friendly, welcoming, and exciting space for all users.

Office Manager

- Help keep the office clean and well-stocked
- Organize fikas, celebrations, after-work events
- Help post job opportunities and organize the hiring process for managers
- Send out mail and accept deliveries
- Various other tasks that improve office environment and function

Qualifications
- Documented experience and understanding of all aspects of customer service
- Experience indigital content and games market.
- Native level of English with excellent writing skills.
- Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting data in order to plan resources effectively.
- Previous experience in customer service and/or community management.
- Previous experience in mobile games is a plus.
- Excellent task management and collaboration skills.
- Good organizational skills
- Knowledge of Trello, Slack, Jira, and Google Docs
