English-speaking nanny 20 hours/week Östermalm

We are now looking for an English speaking nanny to join our team to work for a family with twins of five years old. The position will start in August but the family is keen on securing the perfect nanny as soon as possible. The family lives in Östermalm, the very central parts of Stockholm, and though one of the parents is English they want to make sure the kids will keep developing their English. The children are fluent in both Swedish and English and will attend a Swedish school, therefor they would like an English speaking nanny to keep up the childrens English.

The family is looking for a nanny to help out in the afternoons with picking up the kids from school. The nanny will be responsible for taking care of the kids in the afternoon and bring them to activities, cook dinner, help out with the kids laundry (only the kids laundry), give the kids a bath and make sure they are occupied with fun and developmental activities during the afternoon. We are looking for a nanny who is good on tuning in where the kids are on the day and plan activities after that. Someone educationally focused is a plus. The family would also like a nanny who will help encourage the kids to be organized and tidy up after themselves. Since the nanny will also be a role model for the kids it's important that the nanny is organized and tidy as well. Working hours is 15.00-19.00, 5 days a week. (Monday - Friday). It is appreciated if if the nanny is sometimes able to stay later and work a couple nights a month as well. A good opportunity to get some more hours if the nanny is interested in that, however it's not mandatory.

This is a live-out position.

This position starts 8th of August.

Required for this position:
- Extensive knowledge of English to challenge and help the children improve their english.
- At least two years previous experience in childcare.
- Ability to stay in this position for at least one years, preferably longer.
- Polisregisterutdrag (Equivalent to DBS) free from any criminal records.
- Qualification in childcare is a bonus but not essential.

Utbildning som förskollärare, fritidspedagog, barnskötare, lärare är meriterande men ej ett krav.
