English speaking Risk Agent

Klarna is expanding rapidly and during the past 8 years Klarna has branched out to Scandinavia and Europe. One of Klarna?s risk teams, Risk Investigations, is now looking for a English speaking Risk Agent that has lived/worked in the UK or US.

The Risk Investigations team?s main responsibility is to prevent and investigate fraudulent cases. We support authorities like Police and Prosecutors as well as our customer and merchants that are being subjected to online fraud. The team consists of 10 people that together manage all Klarna?s disputes connected to fraud cases.

You are responsible for investigation of disputes and difficult cases where crimes have been committed in the form of fraud. You are helping customers, merchants, government agencies, police and prosecutors. We are always striving to improve and some projects are related to building and developing the department. You will undoubtedly build a strong internal network since you are working with all of Klarna?s departments and offices.

The one we are looking for is a skilled communicator, solution oriented and street smart. You have an interest in e-commerce and enjoy the thought of learning more about fraud and risk and like to take initiatives. You are fluent English, both in writing and speech and you probably have lived or worked in the UK or US. One of your key strengths is that you quickly create professional relationships with both internal and external parties. It is a great plus if you are able to write and speak Swedish as well.

The position does not require any education or work experience within the field of risk but it is considered a merit if you have taken one or two courses at a university level within law and/or economics. It´s also a great plus if you have computer and data skills like SQL.
