We are looking for an Enterprise and Transformation solutions architect. In the role you will architect transformation solutions for the prospective TCS clients and you will provide clear view to the client on the value proposition in terms of cost optimizations and operational efficiency. The role also includes support the client during the transformation implementation phase and ensures that the solution works. Depending on actual business requirements travel within Nordic and abroad will be required from time to time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Transformation technology solutions for TCS customers in Nordics region related to Network, Storage, Server hardware, Virtualization and Cloud technologies
Build data center migration process and management framework for clients
Delivery assurance for TCS customers in Nordics for end to end Data center consolidation programs
Cost optimization for the clients with better process and technology adaptation
Coordinating with various architecture and delivery teams
Effectively manage a multicultural team working in architecture, service delivery across countries in Nordics and offshore delivery centers in India

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
At-least 20 years of experience in the Information technology (Infrastructure Services) Outsourcing and Managed Services industry
Understanding of costing principles and application to delivery management
Very good knowledge & understanding of offerings, processes and operations in an offshore centric environment
Very large account management experience
Experience of delivery management in an Onsite/ Offshore model
Competitive knowledge about different service providers to create a successful pursuit strategy
Experience in leading solution teams for large infrastructure outsourcing deals in the areas of infrastructure transition, transformation and data center consolidation
Min 15 years of experience in large data center consolidation projects with at least 5 large clients with a minimum environment size of 500 servers + for each client
Data center consolidation experience in 3 of these verticals: Banking/finance, Insurance, Retail, Travel/ Hospitality and Telecom
Good knowledge on costing principles and apply the same to the solutions created for the clients
Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
Confidence and ability to present TCS' proposition independently at senior management levels
