We offer you Working as an Enterprise architect (EA) your main responsibility is to lead and support the transformation of Kappahl's business strategy into an Enterprise architecture. This responsibility includes a large element of communication between different parties in the business, within the Transformation & IT department and with our designated partners. The role is responsible for designing the Enterprise architecture, informing about it and driving work with others involved in IT development.

You have a holistic view of Kappahl's strategies, processes, information, and IT assets. You are able to transform business and technical requirements into a gathered joint roadmap together with leadership and change management. This is a key role in a crucial time for Kappahl, making the business ready for growth where the IT architecture is key.

The position requires to take an active role in gathering input from business, IT and partners and be available to business managers and Transformation & IT as a strong communicator and change facilitator. The position is also responsible for contributing with a benchmark perspective and interaction with external partners.

Your profile As a person you are process oriented, structured and a true leader. You are curious, willing to learn new things, prestigeless and have a passion for tech. The position places high demands on communicative and pedagogical skills as it involves relationships with all parties at Kappahl, within and outside Sweden, as well as with external relationships with suppliers and other companies.

You have a higher education in a relevant field, theoretical architectural knowledge and experience from retail industry and has the ability to realize business requirements with the help of IT.

Other knowledge and requirements for the position:

Good knowledge in architecture, (system and information)
Knowledge of Microsoft tech environment (e.g. D365, Azure tools, Power platform etc)
Integration
Processes and quality
Leadership and change management
Good knowledge in English, both in writing and speaking
