You will work for PHOENIX group IT, who is a subsidiary to PHOENIX Pharmahandel GmbH and where you will be part of an organisation who supplies IT services to our sister companies all over Europe. PHOENIX Pharmahandel GmbH is active within the areas of wholesale and pre wholesale of pharmaceuticals as well as supplying goods out to pharmacies and in some countries also running own pharmacies.
As a Solution Designer, you are part of the EnterpriseOne team and work closely together with our developers and the customers in different countries to whom we deliver our services. The ERP system you will work with is Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and your key focus area will be supply chain.
 
Your responsibilities


Define the solutions in detail by using standard functionalities or by describing a customized solution


Deliver estimates on efforts needed to realize the solution


Discuss and coordinate development efforts with the developers, if applicable


Participate in or run workshops with the aim of finding solutions to requirements, in standard JD Edwards EnterpriseOne or using customized solutions


Configure and test the solutions


Arrange and run handover sessions with the customer and/or support parties


Participate in activities to improve the way of working in the EnterpriseOne team


Carry out peer reviews of the teams deliverables


Take part in or organize knowledge-sharing activities of and for the team, our customers or other supporting parties (e.g. training or white papers)


Coordinate related tasks or run smaller projects within this area


Coordinate changes within a release



 
Your qualifications


Graduate in the field of computer science / informatics, business administration or a comparable qualification


Experience in customer-related activities like workshops and handovers



Strong interpersonal skills to resolve problems professionally and to interact with others in a team environment


Advanced analysis and communication skills with enthusiasm to learn



Experience in the logistics business and supply chain management is a plus
