Dresser Wayne-headquartered in Austin, Texas-with a European headquarters in Malmo Sweden, is largely responsible for the innovations that contribute to the look and functionality of the modern service station.From dispensers and POS systems to retail intelligence and after-sale support services, Dresser Wayne is committed to continuing its long tradition of providing innovative, customer-centric solutions in all facets of the industry.Environmental Health and Safety Coordinator (EHS) Field Service Europe Main role: The Environmental, Health and Safety Coordinator Field Service Europe will report to the EHS Manager Europe, have a dotted line report to the European Service Director and be situated in Malmö, Sweden.The role of the EHS Field Service Coordinator will be to standardise, structure and improve the levels of EHS in the 12 countries that comprise the Dresser Wayne European Field Service organisation. Responsibilities: -Coordinating and reporting a standardised approach in terms of management systems, routines and policies across the European Field Service organisation.-Work with local and regional managers to achieve continuous improvement in all three areas of EHS.-Drive the EHS KPIs across the European Field Service region -To be the focal point and lead best-practice strategies for all Field Service EHS issues and activities -To support local EHS Managers/Coordinators in day-to-day EHS activities -To communicate the Dresser Wayne standardised EHS approach across the region -Give support in customer related contacts -Perform internal EHS audits Professional experience: -Experience of at least two of the three areas of EHS -Experienced in contacts with authorities and other external organisations -OHSAS18001 and/or ISO 14001 internal auditor -Experience from the fuel retail industry.-Experience from international employment -Experience of carrying out EHS training Personal qualities: Though based in Malmö, Sweden, Dresser Wayne are looking for a person who is willing to put the majority of their time in Europe on site working with local field service organisations.To perform this task we would expect a high level of skills regarding planning and prioritising as well as leadership.An economic frame of mind as well as a person who takes sensible initiatives to push the company in the right direction is expected of the successful applicant.Excellent skills in terms of follow-up and analysis/evaluation are necessary as well as a good insight in European EHS. Education: -Relevant University degree within Environment, Health and/or Safety. Language skills: -English and preferably German IT-skills: -Minimum MS Office
