Equipment Coordinator

We are looking for a team member to join the Ocean Equipment team in Stockholm.
The main function is to ensure cost efficient supply and coordination of our equipment in Region Europe and Global.

Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities are to actively participate and manage the role's share of the team's daily work with:
. Coordination of our cargo carrier fleet by steering, tracking, on-hire/off-hire and balancing cargo equipment fleet
. Forecast the equipment need based on input from trade and commercial.
. Lashing equipment inventory process in Europe and Global to ensure proper
track keeping and turnaround
. Work with the administrational tasks related equipment coordination
. Participate in the budget work and cost follow up related to equipment
. Purchasing and selling equipment and perform invoice handling
. Participate in the coordination of the WWL owned forklifts and tug master fleet.
. To ensure supply of WWL approved working cloths
. Participate in the work with maintaining and developing relevant
instructions and processes

Beskrivning av kvalifikationer:
. Self-going and have the ability to make decisions when required
. Ability to manage vendors
. Structured and good at following through tasks and projects
. Team player with sense for details.
. Analytical
. Shipping experience is an advantage
. Good communication skills and ability to communicate with different nationalities
. Fluent in English, both verbal and written, additional language is a merit
. Computer literate and ability to use WWL standard IS&T applications
