Uppdragsbeskrivning
Assignment
Senior ergonomist with >6 years of experience in Physical Vehicle Ergonomics (PVE) within the automotive industry, heavy truck and bus segment.
Education
Education and experience in the field of Physiotherapist, Physiology or Ergonomi.
Language
Swedish and English
Meriting
1. Skilled communicator, with the ability to explain the root cause of ergonomic issues in regards to physiology.
2. Expertise in User tests – Scoping, planning, designing, performing, analysing and reporting
3. User interviews – Able to extract qualitative aspects to be translated into inputs to project
4. Prior understanding of heavy vehicle users and user tasks.
5. Self-driven and proficient in the matters of PVE, Product Vehicle Ergonomics.
Automotive experience is meritorious; have a small network of stakeholders within the company, ability to work with different groups within the company, understand the need to balance user needs and product costs, grasp the clients´s modular system etc.
